Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! Thank you so much for amazing vacations!

The house is located in the heart of the hilltop villages and has a superb view of Groznjan. The terrace and interior space of the house are spacious and tastefully decorated. Dragana is an attentive and responsive host to questions.

We stayed at Villa Aromatica for 1 week and it was fantastic. Bernard and his parents are wonderful hosts and even prepared us a wonderful meal on our last evening with local wine. The Villa is 5 star with very comfortable beds and top quality facilities. The pool and outdoor kitchen are excellent. As a family we like to experience local culture and everyday we did day trips, never driving more than 1 hour. We actually had breakfast in Croatia, lunch in Slovenia and our evening meal in Italy one day. The scenary is breathtaking and the history is unrivaled. Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy were some of the places we visited. I would recommend Villa Aromatica anytime of year as it offers so much whatever the season.

Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

Over Easter, we spent a vacation together as a family (grandparents with their two children and their family). In the tastefully decorated house we found everything we needed for our self-catering.

Lovely house in a beautiful location! Peace and opportunity for a variety of activities, ideal for two families and children of all ages. Communication with Manca was impeccable. We were welcomed by a friendly Daria, which gave our visit a warm touch and will stay in our memory for a long time. Thank you!

Everything is fine, perfect for several families even with small children

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

A lovely house thanks is perfect for a big family get together vacation. The house is big and so is the pool. The outside kitchen is very useful and fantastic to spend evening cooking and having people around. The Truffels dog are nearby and our kids loved to go and say hi to them. The owner family are super welcoming. Differently a house that lives up to the pictures.

Beautiful villa complex in the hills near Buje. The space is separated in a way that works really well for a few couples or groups of 6-8 friends (this was us): the main building has 2 separate multi-story apartments, each with a kitchen and 2-3 rooms; below there is a wellness center (pool area + building with jacuzzi, 2 saunas, billiards, and a nice terrace), and one more story down there is a nice dining area and garden. It's a charming complex with plenty of privacy and an outstanding view over the surrounding vineyards and down toward the coast near Umag. Klaudija and Paola were great hosts and were quick to fix the only issue we had (poor wifi signal in the beginning). Definitely recommend this as a base to enjoy and explore Istria!

Our stay at this house in Croatia was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we could possibly need and more. The landlords were incredibly kind, always polite, and responded to our questions immediately. Their helpfulness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests truly enhanced our experience and made us feel completely at home. The location was ideal, offering both privacy and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. A true paradise, and silence I haven't heard in a long time. Recommend!

House was nicer than in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, had everything we needed for our 1 week stay in late June. We were 2 families with 3 kids. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces for kids to run around. AC in the house was best we’ve had on our many trips to Europe!!! (As Americans this is one of the most important items for us). Each room had its own controls as well as common spaces. We LOVED proximity to Grožnjan as that was one of our favorite towns in entire Istria. We used the home as base and drove around many towns exploring. We felt anything was within 30 min drive and easy to get around. - Grocery store was about 7 mins away in Buje - Closest beach was 20 mins away in Kanegra which was also our favorite beach in the area. - Favorite nearby restaurant was AModoMio just few mins away; food was great and terrace views perfect for relaxed evenings Thank you for a memorable stay!!

We booked Danijel's place quite spontaneously and we definitely weren't disappointed. The house is modernly decorated and we felt right at home. There is really nothing missing and Danijel was always available to us at short notice for questions. The entire check-in was absolutely straightforward. We definitely recommend Villa Dorina.

We had a wonderful stay at David's. He was very friendly, the place is clean and quiet. The pool is lockable, which was absolutely brilliant for us with the two young children. So they could run everywhere and we didn't have to worry. The small playground was also a highlight next to the beautiful pool. We would come back in a heartbeat! Beautiful house with very nice pool, almost every room is air conditioned and all windows are covered by fly screens. Iva was very kind to us and always responded quick! Booking process was easy and uncomplicated aswell as our check-in. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay! :)

Absolutely brilliant! Comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated villa, well equipped and super functional kitchen. Idyllic quiet location with a gorgeous garden, outside dining area and pool. Hosts Andrea and brother Luka are super welcoming and helpful with great local recommendations. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back!!

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.

We had a super nice holiday in a house that almost looked like new. Clearly there are some who take care of their things and a really pleasant and friendly host. We'll definitely be back if we're going to Umag again in the future.
