Romantic Nord-EST: Central Loft and sea glimpse

Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Large penthouse with garden and downtown parking

The apartment is a large penthouse of 200 square meters, bright and very comfortable, located in the heart of downtown in a private park. Only one private parking spot is available under the house and a garage for motorcycles or small cars. It is luxuriously furnished, with fine antique furniture. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is very good for families (with kids) and groups. A private elevator is available on the third floor. Free WI-FI.

Our bright apartment is located in the heart of the old town, near the sea, close to San Giusto castle and piazza dell’Unità d’Italia. It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are sure that you will also love it.
