We had a great stay at Vivian's place! The house is quite spatious so 9 of us felt really comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a big living room. The house is positioned in the center of Roč, a small and charming village in the heart of Istria. There's a restaurant and a shop in Roč and there are appealing attractions near like Hum and Kotli. We didn't meet Vivian but the communication and check-in went smooth.

A studio in the middle of the greenery with sheep grazing under the windows!! Comfortable and close to the central square of the village. Unique no breackfast and on Sunday morning there is no open bar...

If you like the locations that "tell" the history of the city, you can't find better. Wide spaces, perfect cleanliness, discreet and very friendly contact. Excellent!

We had the most magical stay at Casa Sterna. Carmen's attention to detail is second to none and her taste and style is evident throughout the whole property. Can highly recommend using the beautiful Oprtalj as a base for exploring Istria.

We arrived in Grado and Paolo waited at the agreed meeting point and took us to the apartment. The communication was flawless and Paolo welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything very well. The apartment is great From the location and the layout of the apartment perfect for us (4 friends). We would book this apartment again any time

Wow we loved this Villa ;) Kristina was so warm and welcoming. The villa is very clear and stylish;) Everything you need. The pool and view are astounding- miss it already. There is lots to do locally - Kristina and her partner were very good at recommending restaurants and places to go. We are thinking already when will we go to Croatia next!!!!! Can’t speak more highly of this place… Thank you!

Lovely cozy place to stay. Perfect size with toddler. Not far to the beach and also to Piran you can walk in 15 minutes. We felt very comfortable!

Zlatko and his wife were very friendly and accommodating hosts. He was very responsive to messages and check-in/out were very flexible. On site we received helpful tips for delicious restaurants, the best beaches and the most beautiful city spots. The house was as described in the listing and nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. The bed was a little hard for our taste, but this is a subjective opinion. The apartment lacks nothing in the equipment you need for cooking, washing, etc. Porec is quickly accessible from the property and there is also the possibility to reach the city with an Uber. All in all, the holiday was very nice and the Air-BnB is highly recommended.

we had a pleasant stay in this small accommodation between Portoroz and Piran. Andreja played the relay between us and the owners who are an absolutely adorable couple! we were received with great kindness and generosity. everything is within walking distance , the beach, restaurants, supermarket, Piran and Portoroz. it was a real haven of family and comforting peace!

Great accommodation, very central and convenient to walk from the train station; Clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need. Impeccable check-in and check-out. Flexibility. Responsive and kind host. No exceptions. I would recommend it to my best friend.

The accommodation is located in an excellent location, although it is further from Koper, but in complete silence and beautiful nature. The accommodation was overall beautiful, clean, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we lacked was sufficient kitchen equipment, specifically utensils. For example, the classic larger mugs were only 2, which is not enough for 4 people. Same with the other dishes. There was barely one piece for everyone. So we couldn't even use the dishwasher. Otherwise the accommodation was really wonderful, beautiful building and surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it and thank you again.

We would have given more than 5 stars if we could have. Incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very centrally located. Very clean, comfortable beds, lovely showers, efficient washer and dryer, great coffee, eco friendly. Just wow!! We have been to a lot of AirBnbs and this was definitely the best.

Our stay at Svetlana's apartment was excellent. She really thought of everything, even for my 2-year-old daughter: There was a children's chair, beach toys for the beach, a children's bath towel, and the bed for the third person on the sofa was already prepared. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the furniture still looked very new and well maintained. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was available and practically furnished. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer, and the bathtub was also a plus. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a short stroll to the harbor and nearby shopping streets. Grado is a manageable, charming town, and everything is easily accessible on foot. The only small drawback was the slight damp smell in the apartment, but that didn't significantly affect our stay overall. We highly recommend the apartment!
