From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. It measures 90m² and is surrounded by nature. The accommodation has two double beds and two single beds, a large kitchen (ground floor) and a small kitchenette (upstairs). We are currently undergoing renovations, so there are no photos of the other rooms yet. There is a terrace and a barbecue area in the garden. There is also a small balcony with tables. IMPORTANT: Reservations can only be made from September 1, 2025.

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.
