Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

2-room accommodation with private bathroom (ventilation, as it is a townhouse) in the lower ground floor of my house. 10 minutes by bus/bike to the city or the train station. The corridor between the rooms is used by me and my daughter from time to time to get into the boiler room or the studio. You are right in nature. Restaurants, a bakery with groceries, a brewery and wine bars are a five-minute walk away. Free off-street parking. Quiet residential area; no cars by the house.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace.
