A self-contained accommodation created from what used to be my grandparents' house. During the renovation, we aimed to preserve the authentic, family-friendly atmosphere that has always made it a special place for us. It opens onto a large terrace with a garden and a view of the hill, shaded by a large, almost century-old laurel tree from which it takes its name. Located just a short walk from the centre, with an 18th-century church, a pharmacy, a café, restaurants, a pizzeria and a wonderful ice-cream parlour.

Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

The house is located in the pretty town of Triei in Ogliastra, a land of centenarians and of enchanting beauty, also known for its white sand beaches and clear waters. The Coves are authentic earthly paradises. The area is rich in natural monuments offering breathtaking spectacles. The house is finely renovated according to the ancient local construction techniques, composed of a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.

Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Located in Baunei, the Francesco apartment is housed in an ancient building renovated according to the architectural canons of ancient Sardinian houses. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a bedroom, a private bathroom and an equipped kitchen-living room, with large windows and a balcony from which to admire the entire valley and the mountains of Ogliastra. Guests have access to a common room located on the ground floor and an outdoor patio.
