This tranquil, romantic get-away for two on Lopez Island provides everything you'll need for a relaxing stay: private beach access, unobstructed water views, and easy access to many of the Island's best outdoor adventures. This newly renovated cabin features a stocked kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining and seating, and a spacious bedroom. We hope to make your stay as relaxing as possible with soft sheets, toiletries, Nespresso coffee machine, and memory foam mattress!

Close by: Kingfisher Resort and Spa is a 5 minute drive away for pampering yourself with a good meal or spa treatments. Mt Washington Alpine Resort is 45 minutes away for skiing cross country or downhill in the winter, and hiking in the summer. Seaside swimming, reading and relaxing!

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Eagleview Cottage is a renovated getaway tucked in the trees in a private seaside community of 19 cabins. A few minutes walk to our private beach where you can play in the sand strip, beachcomb for geoducks, crabs and starfish , or use the firepits. Explore the many hiking trails, lakes, golf courses or walk to Bowser Village for coffee and shopping. Our cottage has it all! This 1 bedroom cottage is nestled on the hillside at the water’s edge. As you walk the steps down to the private cottage take in the panoramic ocean views. It has recently been renovated from top to bottom. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.
