Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

BELLEVUE APARTMANI DRAMALJ - A2

Our house is located in the peaceful part of Dramalj, near the main road Jadranska magistrala, what makes it very easy to find. Also, the uninterrupted beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from our apartment and every corner of the garden and terraces, will transfer you to a vacation mode ASAP. Nearest beachs (rocks/pebbles, larger rock fragments ) are only 10-15minutes walk from the house, but, return could take a bit longer up hill :). There is a parking lot close to the beach also.

Stone villa with swimming pool

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Big Family Apartment by Villa Commodore Ičići

The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

It is about a 10 minute drive away from the sea, beaches and other facilities, so it is close enough to the coast, and at the same time not caught up in the usual summer crowds, traffic jams, and a mass of other tourists. The accommodation is perfect for a guest that wants a peaceful retreat close to the best of Croatia's beaches, national and natural parks.

The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
