Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

We very much enjoyed staying at Marko's place. The place is extremely well kept and very friendly and responsive agent and host. We will certainly return in future.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

We had a great time with a group of seven in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cuddly warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages in the surrounding area, and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Very great house for a mountain escape!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We were here for the first time and what can I say, it was just fantastically beautiful. The place is super nice. The host is more than friendly. He was there every day to clean the pool. He always had an open ear for questions. We felt comfortable all around and will definitely come back here for a holiday. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Quiet, too late to rest. Caring people who love to cook and share food with others. Lots of kitty in the neighborhood. Mario allowed us to bring our kitties too, we had no problems. A bit of a walk to the Selce waterfront, and a little further to Crikvenica. Driving on the highway beautiful. All in all, we are coming again! ☺️

This place feels like favourite grandmas place. Everything you need is alreeady inside. You can spend Christmas, Easter and all the holidays over there. Hosts are extremely prepared. Amazing view from outside terrace!

fantastic location and lovely house. great for swimming and biking. the house is very neat and confortable. little problems with wifi and unfortunately not recycling in such a delicate ecosystem place. highly recommended

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. A great place that perfectly matches the description. The terrasse outdoor is a great place and we spent wonderfull family time there. If you look for a quiete place, by the nature and great landscape, stop searching. We didin't see our hosts but it was as if they were here since they always answer our questions, always very reactive. All "self check in" is perfectly organised, easy going... no, really, perfect moment for us. Thanks!

We arrived very late. Davor's mom was waiting for us, which was super nice. The house is furnished with everything you need. We were only there for two days, we often have things to do in this small town at the moment and will be happy to come back.

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

Ivan and Nada are incredibly kind & welcoming. Their warmth makes you feel like you're visiting family. The apartment & garden are lovingly tended and invite you to unwind. The apartment is private, spacious and self-contained. You can cook up a storm in the kitchen, relax in the lounge, listen to music and even do your laundry if you wanted to. You've got the most convenient base staying here. Everything you need. Drivenik is a calm and restful village to explore. You must find the walk along the stream looping behind the castle! You're an easy drive to Krk island, Rijeka National Park and Zagreb. Definitely recommend a small call to get around and you'll be able to see so much of Croatia from this convenient base. Very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Beautifully cared for stay with very friendly and caring owners. Highly recommended. Too bad about the sometimes too busy coastal region, but with the tips of the owners, you can circumvent this. Seeing Croatia by boat is absolutely recommended. Away from the crowds and a very nice area. A fun vacation guaranteed.

Davor is a very nice, helpful person. The experience at the Air b n b was excellent. When we arrived at the appartment by bike on a rainy day, he offered to take us to the nearest supermarket by car. The flat is also very nice and we felt very comfortable. I can recommend this Air B n B to everyone.

The house is a real gem, even on the last day we discovered small details that I had previously missed. We enjoyed the ambience that took us back two centuries, and that with modern amenities. When you come here, please pay attention to the environment, because it is of lasting value. The hospitality is reminiscent of old times that have almost disappeared from today's world. Vesna welcomed us as if we were her family with the grandchildren. Thank you again for the wonderful holiday.

Excellent view! Sometimes the name does not deliver what it promises - but wow, the name "the view" is absolutely fitting. Breathtaking sunsets. The check-in was personal and easy, Margaretas mother-in-law is lovely. The beach, some restaurants and little shops are in short walking distance. Private parking space directly in front of the apartment. Overall a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. When we wouldn't spend our time on different beaches, in the city of Pula or on the island Krk, we would swim in the pool or sit together in the big house. Karmela and her family were very kind and helpful, cleaning the pool and bringing more kitchen paraphernalia. The location is a little secluded in the mouintains so it was always relaxing and quiet.
