We had a nice stay. Exceptionally good reception by Susanna and very helpful with good tips for the area, among other things. That also applies to Carlos, very attentive and helpful. We haven't seen any lice. The stay met expectations and the tranquility, the view, the garden and the pool were really great. We felt very comfortable. The bathroom is fine and the bed is fine. The kitchen is on the small side, especially when you visit the supermarkets and see the huge choice. For a hobby cook, it is a challenge. Eating on the terrace is not possible, the table is too small for that. You can sit comfortably. Seville was easy to reach by car. It is a fantastic city that we liked very much. Busy, but the old centre is easily walkable. The tranquility of the apartment's surroundings is relaxing. We have felt very safe. Location is a great base for other trips. Ronda, Cádiz and the Caves of Aracena were also great. Recommended

The house was impeccable, the pool is much larger than it looks in the photos of the listing. The garage was our salvation for parking, as it would be impossible to park the car on the street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and supermarkets. It is a short walk from some of the most important points in Seville. Communication with those in charge was always incredible and fast. The points of interest provided by Jose were good. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything.

Great apartment, good location, easy and quick communication, good recommendations. Brad let us use the whole apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) even though there were only two of us which was very comfortable as we are not a couple. We could leave our luggage there hours before the check-in. We really enjoyed the big balcony in the evenings. I definitely recommend!

A nice and comfortable apartment — spacious and clean, in an excellent location in a beautiful area. It's very close to the art museum, which is well worth a visit.

Jose Abraham's listing exceeded our expectations - especially in the size, furnishings and comfort. Jose Abraham is proactive, a good conversationalist and corresponds well and immediately. He responds to any inquiries in a timely manner. The apartment's location is ideal for public commute, as it is located fairly near the major train station. It is also located near the commercial center, hence you are surrounded by good restaurants, retail shops and churches. The place is definitely worth much more than the price advertised.

An incredible stay, the house was impeccable and with all the amenities you need, the house is beautiful and the garden is fantastic. Isabel is very kind, attentive and thoughtful, it was a pleasure to meet her. We'll definitely be back, everything was perfect.

Stayed for a girls trip for two nights. Wonderful location, apartment was ideal for the 7 of us to have our own space and relax. Right in the centre with easy walks to restaurants, bars, and lovely coffee shop next door. The host was attentive, if we had a question they were always quick to respond. A great apartment!

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.

Great, accomodative host and very responsive. The place is huge--12 beds and sufficient bathrooms. the only suggestion is to improve the odor in the attached bath on the level of kitchen. That bathroom was clean but there was some weird odor. All other bathrooms were clean and odorless. Just keep in mind that most bathrooms cannot be locked from inside--just the nature of the house. Nothing wrong about it --just different. The rooms were very spacious, beds comfortable and kitchen stocked with utensils and amenities. We did not get to use the spa so cannot comment there. Overall, it is a great find for large groups (we were 12) and offers a short walk (accessibility) to main attractions. Will love t stay here again.

We spent 12 days in the hacienda in order to visit the beautiful region of Andalusia and it was the best way to do it. Indeed, the house was magnificent, very typical. The garden, with the hens and the beautiful pool was so pleasant. Also, we did not rent a car but we managed to visit everything we wanted thanks to the bus, the train or the taxis and Uber which are available all day and all night long, considering that the hacienda was very close to all these means of transport. Finally, Juan is a very nice, helpful and thoughtful host and we really recommend to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful region, to come and stay in the hacienda de gracia in order to alternate between visit days and rest days.

Good location and nice place in general

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

Cosy flat with stunning terrace! The outdoor shower was greatly appreciated with the heat. Located in a wonderful local area.

Quiet and clean neighborhood, supermarket 800 meters away and city center close enough to walk. Easy street parking It's well located for visiting Seville without a car. The entrance open to the street is nice, we ate there.

Our family loves this place. It is exactly the same as the pictures: the location is on the main street, it is convenient for people going to the old city and attractions, and it is also convenient to take the bus to the airport; it is located on the top floor with an elevator, the environment in the building is clean, the scenery outside the large angle window is great, there are several delicious restaurants and breakfast shops nearby; the bathroom space is sufficient.It was really great!

A really lovely apartment in a very central location - close to everything Seville has to offer. we enjoyed our stay very much and Jesus was very helpful and responsive

We loved the stay. We felt like we were really at home. Having Micho (who is a sweetheart) in the house gave it a special touch, and he's very sweet. The house had a great space and the outdoor space is delightful. The location of the house is perfect, it always has parking and has easy access to the city centre. The neighborhood is super quiet and so is the house. Rocio was super attentive from the time we made our reservation (she sent us instructions and made sure to know about our arrival). We really liked it and hope to be back soon!!

I can't say so much about the surroundings because we came late and left early but we really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. It's not far to Sevilla's city center, which was important for us. Everything was clean and we had enough space for our family of four.
