Magnificent mansion in centre town

Fantastic regionalist style mansion early twentieth century, recently restored, has a ground floor, first floor and attic, settling around two courtyards, one central and one rear. Downstairs are the living room of 45 m2., Cheerful kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor are four bedrooms, one with dressing room, and two bathrooms and finally in the attic is a bedroom with bathroom and access to a terrace of 40 m2. As sample materials, features hardwood flooring in higher plant floor and marble tiling in the bathrooms. Regarding your comment that facilities are of extreme comfort: water radiator heating and air conditioning units hot and cold in all units with separate thermostats (9 pcs.) And television sockets wired in addition to WIFI internet in all rooms. Located in the historic, tourist, shopping and entertainment district, provides a privileged location, strategically located, visitors can walk to all the attractions, a pleasant stroll, as are some references: 400 m. to the bus stop next to the airport. 900 m. the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar 400 m. the Triana Bridge 150 m. the Museum of Fine Arts 750 m. the Plaza de Toros Maestranza Theatre and 100 m. to the taxi rank The house is situated in front of a pharmacy, 150 m. ambulatory and 250 m. two large shopping centers. BRAND NEW APARTMENT IN THE CENTER

The apartment is in the Arenal of Seville, an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, and very close to restaurants. Since I don't live in Seville, Maria will take care of check-in. She will explain and answer all questions. Due to regulations, she will ask you for information to identify you. Normally check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am, but I try to be flexible.

From the apartment, you’ll be in five minutes in San Bernardo square if you’re walking., whee you´ll find: 1)the tramway that will take you in 8 minutes at the downtown (Catedral, Torre del Oro, barrio de Santa Cruz, plaza de toros ..) 2) The underground 3) A train station ( one stop to Santa Justa train station) 4)The bus to the airport. If you’re walking you’ll be in ten minutes in Spain square.
