Located 100 m from the sea, this cottage is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, read by the fireplace or in the garden furniture. The interior is nice and bright. A private garden, facing south, is at your disposal. Your children will have fun on the swings of the large common garden or with the animals (horses, chickens and goats). You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. You will stay independently, in a charming little cottage, nestled in a beautiful landscaped garden of 8000 m2 on the edge of a stream. Studio with a terrace

New entire accommodation, 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). Same for access to the port (pier for the island of Batz) and some beaches. The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen, the sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 bed with an adjoining shower room. A small wooden terrace leads to the studio and is private. We have a bike room and the neighborhood is quiet

The farmhouse lodgings

Our cottage "Île de Batz" occupies part of the old farmhouse of the farmhouse. Quiet while being 10 minutes from the sea, our accommodation accommodates up to 5 people. It is suitable for guests with or without children, to discover the region, come to work there, hike or just enjoy the beach. Many amenities are at your disposal as well as free parking, a courtyard shared with the 2nd cottage.
