We had the most beautiful 2-night stay at Chateau Clarence Point with our family from April 17th to 19th. The home was even better than the pictures—so spacious, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our little ones loved the playroom and all the space to run around, while the adults enjoyed the peaceful views of the Tamar River and cosy evenings by the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some lovely family meals, and the whole house just had such a calm, welcoming feel to it. The hosts made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect way to start our Tasmania trip—relaxing, comfortable, and full of lovely memories. Highly recommend this gem to anyone travelling with family or friends!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful property. We booked as it has 7 spacious queen sized bedrooms, perfect for everyone in our group to have their own large room and bed. The highlight was definitely the indoor pool - immaculately clean and perfect to enjoy regardless of the weather. The beautiful views are also a stand out feature too - we had a gorgeous sunrise each morning. The entire property was spotlessly clean, well maintained and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Every space, from the main living areas to the bedrooms, felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. Our host was incredibly lovely and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. This property is a hidden gem!

Kyle’s place was absolutely amazing. I stayed there with my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding, it was absolutely stunning. Perfectly designed. Very comfortable to stay in.

Beautiful place with view of the water. The children enjoyed the Platypus House & Seahorse World which was 5 min drive away. The house was comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches (eg board games - great for families). The jacuzzi on the deck was a lovely touch.

The chapel is a lovely place to stay. Inside, it has everything you need, the decor is beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of room and a peaceful, warm ambience. We appreciated the fresh bread, butter, milk and other supplies, especially as we arrived quite late. The two outdoor decks were great for admiring the wonderful views. It was nice to meet Peter and Claire - thanks so much for taking the time to show us the other historic buildings on your property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful historic house with everything we needed for a night in Launceston. The house was cosy and beautiful, and we loved that we could bring our dog Lenny. The hosts have done an amazing job putting together a chic place to stay in a great location. We really appreciated the clear proactive communication and that the heater had been put on ahead of our arrival on a chilly afternoon, it made for a lovely welcome.

Lovely place to stay, everything you need as a base to explore around Launceston. Beautiful views from the living area and convenient short drive to the spectacular walks in Cataract Gorge and to the shops and restaurants in town.

We had a fabulous stay—Riverscape was stunning, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Beyond all the usual comforts, we were treated to thoughtful extras like a bottle of Tassie wine, delicious shortbread biscuits, and even a pillow spray to help us unwind for a restful night’s sleep. We’d highly recommend Riverscape to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating escape. A heartfelt thank you to Michelle and Raechel for creating such a lovely space.

Beautifully renovated heritage home with lots of character. Very close to amenities and easy to find. Very tastefully styled, with a piano, guitar and plenty of other interesting trinkets! Carleen was a lovely, flexible and gracious host who made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sharon’s place, it was peaceful, comfortable and felt like a true home away from home. Everything was clean and thoughtful prepared. We really appreciated the calm atmosphere and would love to stay again.

Beautiful bright airy open space. A mixture of historic features and updated to a modern fitout nicely done. We really enjoyed staying here. Lovely view over Launceston. A couple of coffee shops and a playground for kids was a short walk down High Street. Victoria and Ben were great hosts and they quickly resolved a minor issue for us with no fuss.

Jen & Isaac’s place was lovely. It was well located, very clean and comfortable. It’s an easy walk down to the cafes on Charles St or even into town. The views from the dining room are stunning. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of staples and there’s a family room area and a separate lounge room with TV so it’s great for those with kids. Both bedrooms had hanging robes and the downstairs bedroom had its own toilet and direct access to the backyard. Would highly recommend.

The most beautiful air BnB. Perfectly located near the CBD with some nice coffee shops nearby. The house is warm and cosy and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with quality bed linen and the bathrooms were spotless and well equipped. Sarah was friendly and gave great recommendations as well as very clear instructions. Couldn’t fault this place and will definitely be booking again.

This was one of the most memorable Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Australia. From the moment we stepped into the home, we were blown away by the bright, open-plan design that perfectly reflects the Australian lifestyle. The spacious living room, dining area, and master bedroom are all framed by large floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to a serene view of sand dunes and the ocean – simply stunning. What made this stay extra special was the warm hospitality. It was the first time I’ve been personally welcomed by a host in Australia, and it made all the difference. We were greeted with a bottle of welcome champagne, handmade chocolates, freshly baked bread, eggs, milk, coffee, ice cream, and even beer – opening the fridge felt like arriving at a dear friend’s home, not just a rental.

Amazing stay! Felt right at home and loved every moment we were there! Fantastic restaurants are just 5 min drive away (which was extremely surprising considering I am from Sydney) Beautiful views, extremely peaceful and especially loved the fireplace and the bathtub with spa! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will definitely be back!!
