Cabin holiday rentals in Tres Ritos

The house and scenery is amazing. There was wildlife everywhere turkey, mule deer and Canadian geese. The house is very secluded and it feels like you’re on top of a mountain by yourself. The only thing that I would knock on this trip is the restaurants in Angel fire. As for the house and Marissa, she did a great job responding to our questions and concerns.

Staying with a group of teenagers as we worked with Taos Habitat for Humanity, we had a little bit of a drive, but worth the views and privacy! Being mid April, we knew it was off season, and some of the Angel Fire establishments would be closed, so we made sure to plan ahead. The only issue we had was with the water heater, and Sean and Kristen had that fixed quickly while we were out for the day. Beautiful home, and even in the off season there was a good amount to do in the nearby towns. Very much enjoyed the quiet on the porch for morning coffee, and the hot-tub in the evenings!

Not only was the cabin perfect, it could not have been located in a more beautiful place. It has amenities galore – a hot tub, sauna fire pits and direct access to the Pecos River. The Santa Fe Nation Forest is the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend or as much activity as you can handle. Santa Fe is an easy hop away as are many historical sites, trails and destinations. The only thing more exceptional than the property and forest are the host. Their hospitality goes above and beyond all expectations.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The place was beautiful and even better than the photos. Maggie was incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. The only thing I noticed was that one of the bedrooms with two full beds and a living room seem to be listed as separate rooms, when they are the same. Had to make slight sleeping arrangement changes, but that shouldn’t take away from this beautiful place. The beds were comfortable, and we had absolutely everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

What a beautiful cabin in the woods. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from the slopes. Sledding in the backyard. Friendly local deer. It is a magical place especially when it snows. The place had everything we needed. The fireplace adds to the ambience. Hot tub is perfect also when it’s snowing. This is a gem of a find and I can see us returning. A short drive to Red River is worth it. I already miss the place!

Without question, the most well-equipped AirBnB I've stayed in. Scott and Laura were communicative and responsive and I love, love, love the location. Angel Fire in April is a hidden gem and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Cannot recommend Scott and Laura's place enough and will gladly come back.

Cheryl’s mountain home was wonderful! Our group consisted of four guys on a “dads’ ski weekend”. The home worked out great! We had plenty of space. We loved cooking dinner and hanging out after a day on the mountain. The hot tub was also relaxing. The home was beautiful and kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. We are all considering coming back with your families. We’d recommend this moment to any prospective Airbnb guest. Thanks for the great stay.

This was the best-stocked AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at. We did a TON of cooking and were so thrilled that there were so many bowls, pans, plates, and other utensils for our use. The place was perfect for our large group.

This is the perfect get away cabin and so close to Santa Fe! One of our favorite locations we have ever stayed in, the cabin was an amazing building and the setting was magical.

Aubrey’s place was beautiful! It was so quiet and peaceful… just what I needed after a long work week. Aubrey responded quickly and she was very accommodating. I would 100% recommend this home!

Beautiful cabin!! Everything you can think of was there to make your stay comfortable and convenient. We absolutely loved the fact that our pets could join us on this trip; they loved every moment of it! I just wish we could have had more access to the river, but overall, it was a great place to stay and we very much enjoyed our time there!! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Pam’s cabin. Very clean, walkable to town, easy check-in, great front porch, and the weather was perfect! We did not use the fire pit or the wood stove this trip due to gorgeous weather. In the winter those would be great. Comfy beds, couches, and TV. Internet was great - never an issue. Pam was so kind from the time we booked. She provided easy instructions and made herself available although we never had an issue. We will definitely be back! Pam, thanks for sharing your beautiful place.

This cozy casita was like a mountain retreat while travelling from Taos to Santa Fe. The place was just as described -Jen and Heathar are very thoughtful providing just enough for a simple quiet stay. I was able to take a hike right behind the casita and order keifer hand-delivered from their available farm goods. Knowing that I'd be unplugging mostly while there, I was still able to connect my laptop to a trusty Ethernet cable to get work done. I do evening sketches and reading, so by nightfall the intentionally dimmer light in the casita was limiting, but that just encouraged me to get to bed at a decent hour. (Comfy bed perch, by the way!) I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful experience.

Our family of 10 stayed at Matt and Heather's place in Red River. What a gorgeous part of the world. Our kids spent most of their time down by the river - a very short walk down the hill. The water was shallow and pristine. We could watch them from the deck and relax and enjoy the cool air. We spent several days fishing and enjoying the town. The weather was perfect. The cabin is large and airy. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and dining. Sharp knives, hooray! There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. There were space heaters in every bedroom if we needed them but it was nice to be cool and wrapped in luscious bedding. At night we played the games that were provided - something for everyone. Our hosts were very responsive and everything we needed to know was clearly written online and in the guest handbook they provided. We had a great time here and would love to come back.

This house was really close to skiing and town. Location was great! It was perfect for our family . We had 3 families and it was enough room for all . Our host Ross was very helpful anytime we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property. This was our first time in Angel Fire and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. This is such a great part of New Mexico and it was amazing to have access to all the trails and activities nearby with the amenities of this cabin to return to each day. Angela and Mark were great hosts and made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend staying here and are looking forward to our next visit.

A most beautiful and quiet place and a experienced helpful host. The cabin needs to reached by foot crossing a suspension bridge over the ojo creek. Beautiful. Dave said to read instructions before coming. That is really important. We loved the place and enjoyed every moment. There is a pavilion also reachable via a short walk with a full kitchen and excellent WiFi if needed. Trails are on the grounds to stroll or hike in walking distance. Can’t say enough great things about Brady’s place. We’ve been going to Angel Fire during ski season for the past 7 years and although we’ve stayed at nice cabins, this one beats them all in location. This cabin is away from the main ski resort and closer to wildlife. Every single morning, we would wake up to a beautiful pack of deer (about 15) that would sometimes return in the evening. That was our vacation highlight. Other than that, the place was just as described and fully stocked. Worth every penny.

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway, this is it! Not only was it a great location on the enchanted circle, but the cabin was beautiful and clean, with a great layout for our group! Alissa is wonderful at giving clear directions/instructions, is friendly and really wants you to have a memorable experience! If we are in the Eagle Nest area again, this would be our go-to spot!

Everything was wonderful. We did have hot water issues most of the time but it was handled and a new hot water heater was installed and taken care of. The location was absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing. Thank you for hosting us!!!
