Holiday rentals with breakfast in Tres de Febrero Partido

It is a spectacular property, the service is unbeatable, very good beds, a romantic place and an incredible beauty and incredible beauty

We were surprised by the place, very nice and comfortable for several people. Super equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

Lovely place and host. They went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This was a great group AirBnB! The location was great and Natalia was super responsive with any issues / inquiries we had. The kitchen is on the third floor but we didn’t really use it - so many great restaurants around! A ton of bathrooms - first floor has three of the bedrooms with each a bathroom - second floor has two rooms and one bathroom. Great stay!!!

The room we use complied with what was offered, only that I would better specify the shared spaces and what services can be accessed.

Silvia’s place is a gem. The house is beautiful. Much better than the pictures. Everything worked very well. We felt very comfortable and at home. Silvia is a great host. She was very flexible with check in and out times. She greeted us with a very special plate of premium cold cuts, beer, cider and panettone! She replied very fast and smoothly to any questions. Definitely recommended. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment is an impressive good taste, very fine and luxurious. Everything is impeccable, being everything in beige and white tones, the sheets, towels, towels, armchairs, etc. You can tell how clean and well cared for. It has everything you need to cook, all the necessary cooking utensils, the bathrooms super full, all equipped 100%. The building has a 24-hour doorman. We were touched by cold and hot days and with either of the two climates we were barbaric, the heating is perfect, super hot and the air conditioners largan a tremendous cold. The apartment is quiet, you don't know if you have neighbors and noises from outside, good to sleep until a thousand. The neighborhood is perfect because you have all the best rest of Palermo , for breakfast you have on the corners, on the same block, in that area you have options without walking more than 1 or 2 blocks. Celeste is very friendly, very attentive to us, if we needed anything, a love!!!

The apartment is very comfortable and well set. The area is the best: steps from the Chinatown, with many gastronomy options and very well connected by public transport. We don't want to stop highlighting Pablo's excellent attention, who was always attentive and very kind. In upcoming stays in Buenos Aires, we would return to this apartment without hesitation!

We enjoyed staying in Mariana's place. it was easy to check in and check out. The flat was super cozy and convenient with lots of details that make you feel like at home.

Good comfortable appartment, inside was quiet, rarely heard noise from the street or neighbors, everything was functional and nothing broke. The internet was fast enough.

We love to stay “local and residential “ sometimes as opposed to the busy touristy parts of town and Nadia’s place fit perfectly. The condo is perfectly laid out and has everything you need. Being on the ninth floor gave a super sunset view! I can highly recommend the condo and without a doubt when I return to Buenos Aires I will be staying there!

Micaela is a great host! Attentive to messages we sent you during our stay. The apartment is very quiet, with a very comfortable balcony to have coffee in the morning. The curtains with total darkness allowed us to rest well at night.

Excellent location. Very bright. We were able to leave the car on the street with peace of mind. The area is safe and picturesque. The hosts greeted us excellently and responded to all of our messages in a friendly and expeditious manner. We are coming back, surely. thank you so much!

Monica is very friendly and attentive. From the beginning she wrote to me to coordinate my arrival and it was quite pending. The communication is quite good, smooth and fast. During my stay, Monica gave me recommendations of places, cultural centers, parks and plays. Monica is very conversational and hospitable. In my stay I was invited a pleasant breakfast.

Truly a great industrial loft vibe going on here. The enclosed sunroom/patio was really cool and diffused light into the unit. The bed was low to the floor (on it) but very comfortable The shower was above average for BA! The extra half bath was nice for me when my GF needed to do her am or pm thing :-)). The service and experience was really nice….. The coffee shop 40 meters away was a God-send for coffee and breakfast! He gave us Brkfst coupons as well 💥 We walked to soo many crazy good Resturant’s and bars!! 🥂 I need a week to recover from all the fun late nights locally. Thank you!

The house of Maggie and Frida is very inviting for us guests to relax and socialize with other guests. They also have plenty experience hosting people during the Lollapalooza events so the recommendations are really welcomed. Finally, Maggie and Frida are really attentive and gentle with the guests, I felt really at home there and the environment was really cool and friendly. This is definitely a good place to be while attending to the festival!

It was a blessing to have stayed where Patricia and Alejandro. Both are excellent people, warm in the treatment, friendly and attentive to everything so that the stay is phenomenal, also facilitating tourist and route information. Alejandro prepares delicious dishes, which can be requested upon request. Patricia makes a delicious breakfast that includes her exquisito pan de casa. Both offer a variety of dishes to choose from as a menu for lunch or dinner with reservation. The house is beautiful, clean and with nice aromas. One is delighted with every corner that goes around. It is one of those places one visits and never wants to leave. The stay is quite spacious, complete and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute for a walk or run. You really feel very happy and at home. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to stay for any reason.
