Family-friendly holiday rentals in Tremezzina

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

What a beautiful view—this place is truly magical, especially if you’re visiting with a significant other. In my case, I was here to make appointments for a property I recently purchased, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. It was peaceful, calming, and a welcome escape between meetings. A serene atmosphere with stunning surroundings—I couldn’t have asked for more.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Sonia's Airbnb is breathtaking. The view of Lake Como is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing. Sonia is a wonderful host - she provides recommendations, answered all of my questions and always made sure that we had everything we needed. I wished we had explored the lake with her on her sailboat so if you get the opportunity I would book it! The only thing I would advise future renters is that the road to Sonia's Airbnb in Brunate is VERY, VERY narrow and winds around and around. It is very easy to get lost and go down the wrong street. If you're renting car, try to get the smallest car possible - it will help you to maneuver the narrows roads. There is a funicular stop close to the house so you could walk there and take it to Como or to the top of Brunate. It is much easier to get off at the top of Brunate and walk downhill to the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The house is very neat and tidy with spectacular view of the mountain and lake from the huge balcony. Antonio is a great host : he is super friendly, provided information with clear instructions and picture, speeded up process for us to check in. Thank you for making our stay in Bellagio so warm and memorable.

We were very warmly welcomed and super instructed. A wonderful place to unwind, right from the house you can hike wonderfully. The view on the lake is magnificent, for us with two dogs the location was perfect, everything easily accessible and yet completely relaxed. The equipment is great, from hot water bottle to lemon press, everything is available. We enjoyed the stay to the fullest, but unfortunately a week was much too short. 😁 Everything was tiptop!

This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

Roberta’s home is AMAZING! It’s spacious, in a great location, and has the best view especially for sunset. We loved being right at the edge of city center and a quieter space to relax while being no more than 10 min walk to the furthest restaurant. Don’t forget to look at Roberta’s beautiful paintings around the house and stop at her shop down the road! We’ll certainly stay here again.

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Glenda was one of the best hosts we had in Italy. She was so kind, responsive, great restaurant reservations and even changes we had to make. We loved her outside decks it was so peaceful and beautiful. We would go back again. I call her my friend if she comes tomorrow visit us in California. Love her. The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. The check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Anna's apartment! We adored Argegno - a lovely historic town that was much quieter than surrounding towns. Anna's apartment was spacious and the terrace and views were breathtaking. Anna was a wonderful host who was very quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again.

Christian was a superb host! He arranged a taxi from the train station to and from and welcomed us to the area. The view was AMAZING! We loved our stay there and would definitely go back.

[Repeat visitor] Best place and best superhosts in Lezzeno. This was our 2nd time staying at Anna E Max's place and was just as nice as the first. Everything is impeccably maintained and well looked after. Temp was 33C on arrival. The flat was cool, the fridge was stocked with essentials as a gesture of goodwill which was really appreciated. The kitchen cupboards are also stocked with a good variety of basics food items + equipment. You can cool off in the pool and float around using the noodles provided and watch the eagles soar up the mountain side or watch the boats and ferries passing by Villa del Balbianello. During our stay we dined in restaurant Aurora and Stonehouse (note: you need to make reservations 24hrs before). The food in both restaurants is excellent and both are in walking distance. Bellagio is a 10min drive with everything it has to offer including a couple of supermarkets (we found OKSIGMA to have best range). Thank you so much Anna E Max. We will be back again!

Amazing place in Lake como. A little ways away from the more popular towns but a very charming and quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the amazing view and infinity pool view which was incredible. I would definitely stay again.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!
