Cette maison neuve de plain-pied vous accueille à Combrit Ste-Marine, village typique bordé par la rivière de l’Odet et ses côtes offrant des vues imprenables sur l’océan. Orientée Sud, avec un jardin de 500 m² situé dans un petit lotissement calme. La surface totale est de 100 m², dont 90 m² accessibles aux voyageurs.
