My place is in Gouarec, a pretty town in the heart of Brittany, on the Nantes-Brest Canal, the Voie Verte 6 & 7 cycling routes & forests. All with miles of cycling & walking. The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cozy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants from above can be disturbing.

Small comfortable house in the center of Corlay, completely renovated, close to the pond renowned for fishing, 2 km walk or jog, playground, fitness area, city park, tennis court... Close to essential shops, supermarkets, bars (PMU), tobacco press, restaurants, bank, post office, florist, hairdressers, doctors... within walking distance. 2 minutes from Corlay Racecourse. 10 min from Lake Guerlédan.
