Starting point for marked hiking and biking trails an hour from the sea to the south and north 10 minutes from the Nantes-Brest Canal by car. The nearest town is 10 minutes away with a cinema, restaurants and the market which takes place every Tuesday and Saturday morning PS: Public charging station for electric vehicles 40 m from the cottage.

Small country house "Armor des Terres"

This old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2014. In 2024, we further improved it so you can have a quiet stay in the heart of the Breton countryside. You will be 2 steps from the magnificent site "La Vallée des Saints" where the granite giants reign. I would love to share with you the surroundings that are full of curiosities. This accommodation is a real base for discovering Brittany on the land side, but also on the sea side, since it is located at most 1 hour from the coast.

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

When renovating it, we wanted furniture that you won't find in everyone's home, wooden furniture, which has charm, a history, most often made in France. Lock house surrounded on both sides by lawn overlooking the canal; house located at the entrance to the "tranchée des bagnards". 100 m from a nautical base but unfortunately this year the department decided not to open it. Direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails (canal and wood). Accommodation located 3 km from local shops: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bistro.
