2 bed /2 bath luxury barn conversion with hot tub

AlisonRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This was our second stay in Sarnau and we enjoyed our four nights as much as our first visit. The property is just lovely. In a beautiful location. Peaceful but easy to get to places. It’s extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean and with fabulous hosts where nothing is too much trouble. We find it a great location to do lots in the area and this time we visited the coast twice which is less than an hour away. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

Cottage for two with Hot tub on Mt Snowdon

AndrewRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a lovely weekend break at Rosie’s property, the location was excellent just off the Rhyd Ddu path and in a lovely quaint quiet area. The cottage had everything you could ask for and was very clean and tidy, the hot tub being a lovely little touch. Had a really great experience from start to finish, Rosie was very helpful and the instructions provided were excellent. Would recommend to anyone contemplating!

Wow. Danny's place is beautiful inside and out. The hot tub was easy to use and the house was super comfy. Llanberis has everything you'd need and is a great gateway to North Wales. Something to do in all weathers.

2 bedroom cottage on Snowdon

JohnRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and picturesque. Although hosts live on same block we only saw them when arriving or leaving. Driveway is narrow. Garden is virtually private for guests use and has great outlook over (up?) mountains and across stream, which provides a pleasant lullaby at night. Cottage provides all you need for a comfortable stay, except a washing machine, which wouldn't fit. However, Lisa did offer to run a wash through her machine for us if needed. Great place to stay for climbing, walking and enjoying Snowdonia. Comfortable for two, squeezy for four, unless you're really good friends! Lisa was very helpful and responsive to requests but did not intrude. She quickly changed the heating to suit us during a chilly couple of days. Good value and highly recommended.

Cefnan, Rhyd Ddu, Snowdonia

SarahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely stay at Rhyd Ddu. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bath was perfect after a long day of hiking. The pub in the village provided excellent food and drink. Not far to Beddgelert for some other restaurants and about a 30 minute drive to Porthmadog for supermarkets. Excellent location for exploring north Wales. Would highly recommend.

Cosy cottage with spectacular sea view

GillyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely few days at Mison’s place. A really comfortable, spotless cottage with a fantastic view over the sea. The deck area is super and perfect relaxing or watching the sunset. Mison had left helpful local information, which made our stay even better by enjoying local eateries. We would all happily return to explore the area further. Thank you Mison.

Secluded seaside cottage & grounds, stunning views

JamesRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an incredible week at Eliza’s cottage with our two dogs. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was a special place. The sunrises were breathtaking, and the night skies were perfect for stargazing — a truly peaceful escape from everyday life. The beautiful cottage was cozy and well-equipped and the large garden was ideal for our dogs, who absolutely loved the space to roam freely. One of the biggest highlights was the endless walking opportunities. Whether straight from the cottage or exploring nearby villages, there was no shortage of scenic routes to enjoy. And the beaches, all within a short drive, were simply stunning — some of the best we’ve visited in the UK. Eliza was a fantastic host—friendly and responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and if you're looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this is the perfect spot.

The Grooms Quarters

JonathanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were due to stay here in May 2020 but got locked in China for 3 years, but eventually we got here and so happy we did. What a wonderful place! loved Everything was ‘as advertised’ and more, with a bara brith and bottle of prosecco left for us. Thanks Joanne. Some suggestions for future visitors. The Ranger path starts a mile away and parking actually can be tight there so plan for this. The pub up the road is walkable on the main road as well as a longer path from the back of the church, through farmland. Pub is ok, enough said . Next to here is Waunfawr train station where on some days it is possible to get the steam train into Caernarfon. Single tickets £10, can’t buy online, but look at timetable as this is not a regular train. Bus back £3:20. Closest garage, Shell, is up towards Canaerfon, and they also have a Londis supermarket and large selection of chilled alcohol. Down the road is Beddgelert with lovely views, as well as ice cream and takeaway pizza from Glaslyn’s. Enjoy!

Great hosts for a wonderful holiday apartment. Reaching the accommodation was very well prepared in advance through detailed descriptions. During our stay, we could always turn to the hosts with any questions or concerns. Everything was clean and in good working order. The living and sleeping area was very cozy and inviting. Overall, a clear recommendation...

Talgarth Cottage, Eryri (Snowdonia)

IsabelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I had a wonderful stay at Talgarth Cottage. It is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean as well as being very cosy and comfortable. The kitchen had thoughtful touches such as tea , coffee, spices, kitchen roll, tea towels and cleaning materials provided and easy to find. Also logs provided for the woodburner. I liked that there was a folder with instructions for the appliances,tv, etc, as well as a piece on how the gardens were made nature friendly. Chris and Ally are warm, superb hosts, I was late arriving thanks to train cancellations , they were very responsive with updates and Chris very kindly came to collect me from the local train station. The cottage is set in very peaceful natural surroundings which are a haven for wildlife, I saw my first badger in the wild, which was amazing and totally unexpected. The views of the mountains from the cottage are incredible, if you love nature and walking it's a perfect place to stay. I loved it and hope to return for a longer stay!
