With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Ideal for walks, mountain biking, etc. Entrance and dedicated access path via a staircase, nice equipped garden. 15-minute ride to Nyon by train. 45 mins to Geneva (+ airport) / 30 mins by car). Train stop 5-minute walk. Close to Genolier Clinic, Paleo Well equipped, private garden, beautiful views of Lake Geneva, Geneva, and Mont Blanc. Very quiet.

You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. You also have a games room and a relaxation area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.
