This charming single-story house will captivate you with its proximity to beaches, coastal trails, and shops (about 2 minutes by car). It features a quiet terrace with a small garden. Bed linens and towels are provided. Two beds can be combined into a large 160 cm bed upon request. Baby equipment available upon request (crib, high chair, changing table, bathtub). Ideally located: Concarneau 10 minutes away, Pont-Aven 15 minutes away, Quimper 30 minutes away. Direct access to GR34.

It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs 1 large bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed, baby bed, a second bedroom equipped with a 140/190 cm bed. A toilet. A small outdoor area with garden furniture and a private parking space.
