La maison dispose du wifi. Les animaux sont les bienvenus, sauf à l'étage et sur le canapé. Malheureusement, non accessible avec fauteuil roulant.

Former fisherman's house completely renovated with taste just above the small typical port of Merrien. 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one on the ground floor, 2 other bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and 2 living areas: a dining room/kitchen and a living room/TV area upstairs. The fully enclosed garden guarantees privacy and reassures parents of young children. The coastal path is 1 min away, the large beaches are 13 min drive away.

Cosy Gîte - The beach and the GR34 on foot

Our cottage, "Les Mouettes qui Caquétent" (The Cackling Seagulls), is located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. The accommodation is situated in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. The cottage is ideally suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. You'll find a cozy and very peaceful retreat. The cottage is well-insulated for optimal thermal comfort in the summer.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small building with four apartments WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony with bay view, and a large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed. Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sleeps 2 people maximum. With its typical architecture and bordered by hydrangeas, this cottage was renovated in 2025. All the furnishings and bedding are brand new for your comfort. Hortense is closed to our main house, ideally located halfway between Concarneau and La Forêt-Fouesnant, providing easy access to numerous beaches (5 km) and hiking trails along the GR34.
