We felt right at home at your beautiful Cocon, which is located in a quiet area and is very loving and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the cozy living room and the full equipped kitchen. Checking in was very convenient and communication very well. We had a great time and would be happy to come back one day.

Pascale is a caring, responsive and very attentive host to the well-being of her guests🙂. The apartment is spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Everything is there to have a great stay, just like at home. Small touches are very much appreciated (beers, sweet treats and basic necessities). Functional studio, in the basement with a simple decor and the equipment you need: perfect for a night on our trip. Close to the train station, buses and a 12-minute walk from the historic centre. Quiet: it was certainly a Sunday evening but all around it seems residential and quiet.

The accommodation was perfect, completely in line with the description and photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, close to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. Gwénaëlle is very welcoming and available, she answered all our questions before our arrival. We recommend it without hesitation!

We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Les Rosaires beach from 28 May to 1 June 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of walking or mountain biking. Be warned, however, you have to be quite sporty!(Have cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it. Accommodation in a very quiet , clean and functional environment, close to Guingamp and all amenities , I would recommend it.

The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cubicle is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
