You will be in the immediate vicinity of shops and beaches, everything is within walking distance: bakery (50 m), Carrefour Express (100 m), Baie de Saint-Anne (150 m), Coz Pors beach (5-minute walk), aquarium (5-minute walk), Forum swimming pool (5-minute walk). There are also several restaurants.
