Plein sud en Trièves, nous avons construit cette extension mitoyenne pour nos parents quand ils en auront besoin. En attendant nous le louons et nous soutenons aussi des artistes en résidence. Nous habitons juste à coté et c'est chouette de vous conseiller, vous prêter des cartes IGN, vous donner les bons plans, voire même vous préparer un repas. Bus/train à 3km ; à proximité des pistes de ski, du lac Monteynard et de circuits de randonnée. Enfin, la cerise sur la tartiflette : un sauna au bois

Passing through or for longer, this accommodation allows a pleasant stay. the space Ground floor: reading nook and toilet floor 1: kitchen (electric hobs, range hood,refrigerator, microwave ) and living room with 1-seater sofa bed floor 2: bedroom with 140 cm bed and shower with sink.

The house is a typical old farmhouse of the Trièves, just renovated, with 3 large bedrooms, one with private shower, bed linen and towels are provided, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 living room with wood stove, TV and internet. Private parking. Large adjoining plot with a nice bread oven (not usable). 2 km from the centre of Mens. For the period of July/August, reservations are only made for the week from Saturday to Saturday. Petit Ruisseau

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
