Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our house lies on a hill surrounded by the mountains in a small peaceful village, just 3 km away from Lake Bohinj. This place is one of the world's pearls, perfect for travellers who love nature and the peace of mountains. We arranged the upper floor of our house into a cozy home for travellers. Our idea was to make this apartment something special so we invited artists and craftsmen to participate. We also connected with the locals and can help our guests get the most out of their journey.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The room offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bed with TV, a dining area and a high-quality bathroom with a rain shower. For the true connoisseur, there is Apartment Die Küche – a nod to the delicious Austrian cuisine. In addition, this space used to be the kitchen of the staff house. Hundreds of meals have been prepared here for the castle's employees. We offer a cozy living kitchen, with small nods to kitchen utensils and on the walls is an ode to Austrian delicacies. Herrschaftshaus Theresienhof

Reside in the Theresienhof manor house. Built by Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On almost 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wi-Fi is just as much part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for children's play.
