The place was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the practicality of the house and the multiple utensils (barbecue, games, etc.) offered that allowed a very pleasant stay. the house is very well located and oriented, quiet, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace or veranda. The exchanges with François were simple and friendly. We would highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay in Marine's accommodation, the place is peaceful, close to several shops. The accommodation is comfortable and really well equipped, the small terrace and the tree-lined garden at the back are a real plus. In addition, Marine welcomed us in a friendly way and gave us several tips for walks (which we followed and we were not disappointed!), do not hesitate to stop in Ploumilliau at Marine's to discover this region of Brittany.

A great stay The accommodation is tastefully decorated, it is cozy thanks to the wood fire. The kitchen is fully equipped so convenient and pleasant for cooking! The bedding is great, which is rare. The accommodation is very well located, there are 2 car parks nearby, very accessible. The latter is located across the sea, a treat. As for Emmanuel, the host, he is very friendly, responsive, and available. A kid from the country like we love with lots of recommendations! Fantastic location, wonderful view of the sea

excellent stay at "The View" with this magnificent view of the bay and aperitifs on the terrace accompanied by very good Sterec oysters and Loquemeau mussels, a delight and every evening a splendid sunset. What more could you ask for?

My husband and I have just finished 2 weeks of our 4 week trip to France. So far this has been our favourite Airbnb and our favourite location. As a fan of mid century modern architecture I really enjoyed reading in the lobby about this historic building. I loved the design of the apartment with the 2 levels. Sylvia’s home is so beautiful. Gorgeous views from every room. Comfy bed and furniture to lounge on. Well equipped kitchen. Sylvie was lovely and easy to communicate with. It is the perfect place to walk out the door and have scenic walks for miles. Easy driving distance to see the granite coast. Thoroughly enjoyed and thoroughly recommend! Merci Sylvie!

Sandrine's accommodation is ideally located in the heart of Lannion at the foot of the restaurants and shops of the centre. Also very close to bus stops for those who wish to walk the GR34 of the pink granite coast. Thank you!

Very lovingly furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and everything your heart desires. We were very warmly welcomed by Jean-Pierre and Henriette and provided with good tips for the area (travel tips and information on shopping). We had a pleasant stay at Charlotte's. The apartment is impeccable, clean and very well located, with a sea view, when you wake up it's great. We were able to do everything on foot. The creperie just downstairs is excellent. We would highly recommend it.

The accommodation is very nice, large and has a great view. It is very well located, close to the sea and shops. Beware of the key handover, which does not take place near the accommodation (we were fooled, once we arrived in front!!!). The responsiveness of the host is a real plus!

Emilie's place is in a fantastic location...just above a bay, with morning sun for breakfast on the terrace. We would have liked to have stayed a little longer.

Well appointed and well-equipped apartment. Proximity to the city center. Very nice terrace. The best part, a parking space in the basement. The kitchen equipment is quite complete.

Idyllic location overlooking Trestraou Beach and adjacent to beautiful coastal walks.The apartment is cleverly designed to maximise the views but perhaps the details didn't make it clear that the "bedroom" could only be accessed by a vertical ladder which proved tricky for us aged 78! However the double sofa bed was fine. Otherwise the property was faultless and we had the most wonderful and peaceful week.

Very nice service, the apartment is very clean, very quiet and very well decorated, nothing is missing for the comfort of travelers (information, welcome booklet, coffee, tea... etc... Contact with the owner went very well, very responsive. We will definitely return to this address when we come back to Morlaix.

I recommend this accommodation, it is located in the centre of Lannion with access and private parking. You can visit the entire city centre of Lannion on foot from the accommodation. Located 15-20 minutes from the coast. Margaux is a very welcoming, pleasant host, who does everything to make you feel good and who will give you good advice on things to do in the area.
