The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Fisherman's house with superb sea view from all rooms (except one bedroom) that can accommodate 6 people. Spacious living room with an exceptional sea view on one side and on the other side a view and access to the terrace and the garden. 3 bedrooms on the floor with double bed. Locquemeau and its small fishing port is located 10 who from Lannion and 20 km/h from the Pink Granite Coast. Shops and restaurants nearby. There are also several hiking trails from the house.
