My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large kitchen-living room, a fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming spots and outdoor swimming pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

Our 3rd accommodation: a small wooden cottage on wheels on our idyllic organic farm meadow in the particularly beautiful nature park village of Ihlow (Märkische Schweiz Nature Park 50 km from Berlin center!), separately located, glazed on two sides, beautiful views, bathroom in the cafe (accessible at any time), farm cafe directly on the farm (only from May to October seasonal!), breakfast and dinner individually also outside of opening hours! Sauna in Reichenow Castle 3 km (ask there!)

The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that gives you pleasant, long-lasting and cosy warmth with a few logs of wood. The cottage is located in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The decor is simple. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, fridge and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The stairs lead to the sleeping loft.
