After a fabulous month at Erwin’s place, I wish I could give it six stars ! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything is as it was represented. The cooking wear in the kitchen was quite extensive, and you can make just about anything you want. The home is walkable to the beach, and if the wind the right directions you can hear the waves. Bonus: The WiFi is fast, it was great for our working vacation. I could go on, but read the other reviews. This place is delightful. Highly recommend.

Richard's place is really cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay! Cooking utensils are really nice Impeccable bedding! Even the sofa bed is of very good quality! Superb rental with beautiful bay views and several beaches within walking distance 5 min. Very nice pool. The house is very suitable for children. A very nice week spent at Tycoat!

The accommodation was easy to access, corresponded to our attacks. Equip well with lots of space! We recommend it, for a big family, it was great! We also thank them for the welcome cupcakes and the bottle of champagne put in the fridge!!! Thank you for this family weekend

Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

We had a pleasant stay with Adrien and his family. The cottage is superb and we were very well received, we felt at home. Even our Lilo enjoyed 🐶 I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book again.

Very nice, well-located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Attention three points to take into account: fairly dangerous staircase/ladder, swimming pool closed when we come, for large vehicles difficult to park near the accommodation. This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. We enjoyed our stay in Celine and Jean-Christophe's house, the accommodation is new, in perfect condition and functional, the perfectly fenced garden is ideal for a family with children or a pet. Two terraces, one covered and the other well exposed, allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather. Don't hesitate to choose this place if you want to experience this beautiful region.
