Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Located in the heart of the Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin Marsh, La Rochelle, Vendée and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and L'Autize Creek, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Country accommodation

Situé en bout de la maison traditionnelle des propriétaires, ce logement pour 4 personnes a été aménagé dans une ancienne étable et son fenil. Il se trouve dans un hameau éloigné de toute route principale mais à seulement 600m du centre du bourg. Il est situé à une dizaine de kms du centre de pêche de Pescalis, une dizaine de kms également du "Nombril du Monde" et à ¾ d’heure de route du Puy du Fou.
