House holiday rentals in Traversa

Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

We had a great stay in Florence, Simone was very nice and we could check in even earlier which was very nice and made things easier for us. Simone also inquired about our well-being during the stay. The parking space is still on the property but there were many possibilities to park in the immediate vicinity.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Very nice place to stay in the hpgel of Tuscany. A little remote but we appreciated that. Lots of restaurants around the area with really very good food and absolutely good prices. Accommodation with a large garden, pool, air conditioning and heating. Well-maintained and clean. Chickens whose eggs we were allowed to get. Magena true always available, very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Alessandra’s place was an absolute dream. It’s picturesque with the most gorgeous view of Tuscany hills in a rustic styled rental. She was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay! Would definitely come back here next time we visit!

Location was fantastic! We spent 5 nights at the apartment, and did day trips everyday. We went to Siena, Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, and a day at wineries. We went to Castello winery for a tour and 4 course meal and wine pairing. It was my highlight. I am from US and was so surprised the wine was very affordable to ship. It takes over a month, but well worth the wait.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

Silvia is a phenomenal host, everything was amazing and she even cooked for us! You need to try her wine and amazing olive oil. 25 minutes drive to Florence through some breathtaking mountain roads with best views you will see. Definitely memories for life.

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been used perfectly with mainly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the pots are new and abundant, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a nice open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that wasn't listed, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend thisplace.

Wonderful holiday home. Simona and Sandro are very welcoming and warm, available and discreet and very good advice for places to visit, restaurants to try. The house is very clean and very well equipped. The view is just beautiful. I would highly recommend it

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

We had a great stay at Leonardo's finca:-) the finca is located on a very nice hill with a great view of the valley. In the finca you will find a total of four bathrooms and thus ample space to quickly cope even with up to 10 people in the morning. In addition, a spacious living room incl. TV included, where you can also spend a little time indoors together if it gets too warm outside. The outdoor area is also great with a charcoal grill, a porch with enough space and a little more lying space. The pool is 20-30 meters from the house and very large. By the way, basic amenities are also included (contrary to the description)! Leonardo is always helpful with other matters. Two more tips for the accommodation: bring mosquito/brake spray (especially for the pool in the evening) and best enough tire profile and PS to master the journey up the hill. 10/10 would recommend! :-)

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

We stayed in this beautiful Tuscan villa, completely in authentic Italian style. The house is in a brilliant location with views over Montecatini – in the evening a sea of lights! Due to delays on the way, we didn't arrive until 11 p.m., but that was no problem for Cristina. She kindly waited for us and took plenty of time to show us everything. Cristina is an excellent host and communication went smoothly and pleasantly in English. The villa is very private, with a large enclosed property and a fence all around. Parking is available on site. A little tip for future guests: Don't blindly follow your route planner. It will send you via a narrow winding path that you can hardly cross with one car. Preferably take the route through the other side. The swimming pool is tastefully lit in the evening and the surroundings offer plenty of beautiful trips to towns such as Lucca, Florence, Pistoia and Siena. We'd love to come back!

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

Mauro (the owner of the house) was super friendly and gave us valuable excursion tips. The house is very secluded in the forest and you are there in paradise!! For us(2 adults/3 children) the sleeping situation was a bit tight, also to store the bags, but no problem for 2 weeks! The German neighbors, it is also a semi-detached house, including a dog, were very friendly. We were lucky, dogs got along well. The house is small but perfect. The view with evening sunsets is simply amazing!!!!
