Monthly Rentals in Travancore

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! I was traveling for work and this turned out to be a perfect spot for a solo traveller or a couple.

The view from this top floor apartment is stunning. The nighttime Melbourne skyline is fantastic. We had a bit of a difficult time finding a place to park to retrieve the key, and then finding exactly where the key was to the apartment. We also had a hard time finding our parking spot in the parking garage because the numbers on the floor are not in any normal order. The apartment itself is older but well maintained. It could probably use some new sheets on the beds in my opinion but they were clean. The kitchen is narrow and is just a part of the main hallway so it feels cramped. We did hear some noise from the motorways on both sides of the building. But it didn’t keep us up at night. There are more affordable options, but we wanted to be a little farther from the CBD so this worked well. There is also a convenience store located in the building next door. The host was very responsive and friendly! Would stay here again.

This is my favorite Air BNB. The views from this place is magnificent. Quiet and peaceful. Love it 😀

Had a great stay! The unit was cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located close to IGA for quick groceries shopping and the tram line into the city. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend Monica and the stay!
