Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreating and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

It was very nice in the tiny house. The terrace is large enough for reading and sunbathing and very quiet - parasol and loungers were available. The hot pot was particularly great! We will be happy to come back.

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

Clean apartment at a very good location

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed with Oliver for 9 days in fantastic weather and had a relaxing time. The apartment is as described and everything is tip-top clean. The pond next to the terrace is a recreation highlight. Thank you very much

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was easy to find and is very quiet on a hill. We were warmly welcomed and guided directly to our apartment. As a welcome greeting, there were 2 pretzels with a spread, which we loved.👍🏼 The apartment had everything you needed for 2 nights, we couldn't complain. Washing machine has been well washed and detergent is available. The apartment overall is very idyllically furnished, you felt very comfortable. As the only point of criticism... due to the warm outside temperatures, it was also very warm in the apartment, so a climate would have been quite nice. You can also ventilate at night with the windows, screens are attached. The owners were very friendly and always took care of the well-being.😊 The restaurant ,,Zum Tor" in Tittmoning is highly recommended... delicious food and drink at a good price. Looks great too!👍🏼

A beautiful apartment on the edge of Fuschl with a great view of the lake! We spent just under a week there with our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is in a quiet location and is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region. Dog owners will love the green surroundings, which invite you to take walks. Nearby is an old mill where you can get fresh, traditionally baked bread once a week by pre-order. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the holiday, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it an excellent place to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee and the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills as far as Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

The apartment was absolutely great – it really lacked nothing. Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped. We felt right at home. The contact with the landlords was very warm and uncomplicated. A clear recommendation – we'd love to come back!

That was already great! Sabine is a warm person with a genuine interest in her guests. She is always helpful and has great tips for the area. The room is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures, but everything is there and everything has been thought of. The only drawback, if there is anything to complain about, is that it is difficult to darken the room... so it makes sense to take sleeping glasses with you. The house is beautiful, is a listed building and has a wonderful garden. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back. Full recommendation from us!
