The house, 200 m², for 8 people is located in an exclusive location on the outskirts of Salzburg in a nature reserve, is very exclusively equipped and also has central air conditioning, underfloor heating, a whirlpool bathtub, physiotherapy and cardio equipment! In the courtyard there are 3 free parking spaces! When booking for 2 people, please only use the ground floor. By arrangement, you can also use the whole house!!

The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

On the huge west terrace you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view and absolute tranquility. The spacious property is completely fenced and mostly invisible. The four bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms are on two levels and can accommodate 6 adults and 2-4 children. The DTV regularly scores 5 stars with the highest category.
