The thick walls provide a great indoor climate, in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming. The Chiemsee can be reached within 5 minutes by car and the mountains within 15 minutes. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walking paths right outside the front door. Ob zu Fuß direkt vom Holzhaus weg, mit dem Fahrrad in die nähere wunderschöne Landschaft oder mit dem Auto zu den vielen Seen od. in die Berge zum Wandern od. Schifahren, nur 6 km von Traunstein entfernt ist dieses Apartment das ideale Basislager.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.
