We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Really enjoy my time at Veque Villa. Everything went well from the time to check in until check out. The place is exactly similar with the photos and description. The wifi is super fast, perfect for anyone who wants to work. Location is also quiet and walkable to old quarter. I have my favorite coffee shop just next door. The most memorable part is about the host. Ms. Huong is super helpful, proactive and friendly with her big smiles! She always make sure that I have everything I need during my stay. Recommended!

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Thanks for the great stay!

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

Lovely stay here at Veque! Apartment was clean and matched the description. Lan, our host did a phenomenal job at easing us into our accommodation. She was always prompt in her replies and would go above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable and our needs/requests were met. She also allowed us to store our luggage in the building after check out as well. Exceptionally pleasant place to stay, would recommend!

Hoa has been absolutely delightful to interact with and is a treasure. We love it here. We are already planning our next visit to this magnificent location. The apartment is lovely with a very comfortable living space and a darling balcony that even has a washing machine. We have enjoyed leisurely walks on the miles of pathways around the lagoons that are right downstairs from the apartment. While strolling in the area we’ve spent time exploring the many excellent cafés and have been content with the extensive convenience store and supermarket resources. Even the minimarts have a wide array of fresh produce and meat and dairy products. Found the multiple local pharmacies to be well stocked and able to fulfill most of our prescription medication needs. Everything is walking distance, including the world class Bat Trang Museum, Swan Lake, and numerous other meticulously maintained parks and lakes. Magical Hanoi City Centre is a manageable 35-40 minute drive. This place is hard to beat!

We booked last minute and the host was very responsive and sent check in instructions right away. The place was very clean and tidy. Apartment well decorated like the photos, nice bedding and vibe. We had already stayed in central Hanoi for a week so the location was perfect, much quieter area to walk around, nice parks and still lots of places to eat close by. I work remotely and the internet connection was fast and stable. I would love to stay again 💖

Beautiful place, quiet area

We had the most amazing stay here! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had amazing views of the old quarter. We loved the giant kitchen, the huge TV, jacuzzi, and decor. Hoa took amazing care of us and even kindly did laundry for us. She was so sweet and responsive. Hopefully we will be back! THANK YOU!!!!

I had a great couple of nights here! The pool that’s advertised is in a separate building a short grab/walk away and has additional charge. Host messages frequently to check in and answers questions very quickly! Would definitely recommend walking around the eco park.

Enjoyable stay in a nice location. Quite far from any tourist areas or westlake but that's what we wanted. Outside the hustle of Hanoi. Tuyet was a lovely host, very communicative, and the apartment was true to photos. Recommended.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment beside West Lake in Hanoi. The view from the balcony was stunning—peaceful lake by day, sparkling cityscape by night. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is ideal, with cafés, restaurants, and local attractions just a short walk away. It offered the perfect blend of Hanoi’s vibrant culture and calm lakeside charm. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I stayed here for a month and everything went really well. The apartment is even better than the photos, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The gym is nice too but what I appreciated most was how quiet it is. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a lovely park and local families around. It’s a bit far from the city center (about 30 minutes), so having a vehicle is better for longer stays. But if you’re looking for comfort and tranquility away from the chaos, this is definitely one of the best options

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

Vincent's place is an absolute dream. I stayed here with my wife and toddler for an entire month and every single item such as detergent, wipes, garbage bags, that we would need was perfectly stocked. There were more than enough towels as well as linen. Every corner of the apartment smelled amazing and was thoroughly cleaned which we really appreciated. The apartment, however, is better than the pictures to be honest. We loved the chic Scandinavian theme decor throughout the place and would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and cozy apartment with everything you need for life. The host is friendly, answers all questions instantly. The Ecopark location is simply magical, there is good infrastructure, it is convenient to walk, swans float in the river (black ones included), peacocks and geese walk further afield in the park, there are many Japanese restaurants and coffee shops around. Great place to relax from the noisy life
