The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." CORONAVIRUS NEWS: Check-in without host contact and shopping service possible! Our vacation home is a more than 200-year-old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where the flour for the estate of Bundorfer Castle was once milled, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 square meters in the elegant lounge, the open kitchen with a cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From the private garden you can see the castle and its park.

You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.
