Fabulous location and amazing apartment. Great kitchen with a dish washer. Great clothes washer. Across the street from a park and next to the river walk. Great for a dog. Only a tree-lined street away from the center of old town. We absolutely loved our stay.

The apartment is located in a panoramic position, on the slopes of the mountain, among orchards and vineyards. We are satisfied with the cleanliness and heating condition, since it is also snowy. Close to the center of the village and convenient to visit Trento and Bolzano. I recommend it.

Very nice apartment, extremely clean, functional. Very nice bathroom and comfortable beds, even the sofa bed.

My husband and I stayed at Herbert's for five nights with two motorcycles. We received precise instructions regarding parking options, and we were satisfied. The accommodation was exemplary. In this beautiful area, we should have asked for a room with a balcony, as such a breakfast on the balcony with this panorama is enchanting Herbert also has good wines to offer, which grow right on the doorstep, So, on the whole, very good

What a fantastic place and what a fantastic host!

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature", because the lake is right on your doorstep and you can reach it immediately for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily accessible on foot (only a short distance is on the road). The hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful with all questions about the stay and beyond.

Markus and his family welcomed us in a friendly way and made the apartment available to us at 2 PM. There is nothing to complain about. The house, where the family also lives, feels like it is in the middle of the vineyards and is very high. The town center is about a 15-minute walk. Bicycles are definitely an advantage if you don't just want to travel by car. The apartment is really big, including the bathroom. As you can see in the photos, you have a beautiful view from the balcony. We enjoyed it very much.

Great place near Tramin. The apartment is spacious, nice, has everything you need to feel at home, the area around is very nice, close to the river and the view of the vineyards and all the fruits they grow around, the hosts are friendly people, attentive and very generous, thank you for the attention we received during our stay, we hope to return soon.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

We felt incredibly comfortable at the Brantenhof and with Carmen. We would have loved to extend it. This stay was the highlight of our 12-day road trip through the Alpine region. What a warm welcome, what a tasteful interior, what a perfect place to rest.

We had very nice days in Magreid. The apartment is modern, very clean and well appointed. As well as the location as well as the view from the terrace were really great. The landlady was accessible throughout and very helpful. I can only recommend the apartment!

Very nice appartement, beautiful located to explore the region. Every day a start with a swim in the Kalternsee. Much to do in the area such as hiking, biking, visiting wineries and visiting Bolzano. Beautiful view on the lake.

The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, larger than expected and beautifully located in nature, surrounded by fantastic hiking trails. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms pleasantly cool, even on warm days – well insulated and perfect for relaxing. If you like, you can listen to the lapping of the stream at night with the window open and to the birds in the morning. The hosts were very friendly, always available and responded quickly to questions. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without reservation

Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather, but in the sun the beautiful roof terrace is certainly a dream. Communication with Ingrid was great. We didn't miss anything (except sun ;-) )

We had a very nice time, the apartment and the house are completely new. Everything you need and the hosts were always there with help and advice. Hansjörg and Anita supported us very much when we had a breakdown with our car;) A few very nice hiking trails leave from the house, you are lightning fast in Tramin, Kurtatsch and Rungg. Bolzano about 20 minutes by car. The location and surroundings are really nice, even in winter, where everything is brown. Unfortunately, we did not have snow but the best weather ever, there was a lot of blue sky and sun. We recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience. Best regards from the Taunus!

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!
