Incredible property - the house was beautiful, included all the essentials and was beautifully decorated throughout (may have to be careful with little kids - lots of things to grab if you’re not watching). The property and surrounding meadow was incredible - and it was fairly easy to get into the main part of town. Would definitely come back here if I get the chance.

We had a great week at Stacey’s condo. Easy to walk or take the shuttle one stop to ski. The condo itself was super spacious, with plenty of room for 2 families with kids to spread out and enjoy our time. Kitchen was big and had everything we needed. And the heating was noticeably even throughout the unit. We had a couple of minor issues and the host was immediately responsive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would absolutely rent this condo again!

Views, views,views. William’s home was everything we expected and some. Great quiet and tranquil location. Definitely what we were looking for during Thanksgiving. This was the perfect amount of space for the amount of guests we had and not to mention the amount of bathrooms available. We were fortunate that the snow fall had stopped during our stay and all we had was fresh powder to enjoy with the kids. Williams place also has a lot of activities for the kids to keep them entertained. The living area along with the kitchen was extremely spacious making us all feel comfortable and at home. William was always available for questions and helped us with getting in. I highly recommend his location. Next time we’re in Kirkwood, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

We visited Kirkwood during the quiet season and really enjoyed our stay. The area was peaceful and beautiful, and the home was even nicer and more spacious than the pictures showed. We especially liked the comfortable bed, cozy living room, and well-stocked kitchen. One thing we appreciated was how easy everything was, there weren’t a bunch of house rules or a long checkout list like some other Airbnbs. It made the stay feel simple and stress-free. We had a relaxing long weekend and would be happy to come back again.

The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions like Jenkins lake. I especially appreciated the private location of the house, its views, and all the games there. Communication with Maria was prompt and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. We had an absolutely amazing time at Madison’s place! The location was exactly what we were looking for and matched the photos 100%. Jenkinson Lake was just around the corner and well worth a visit, exceeding our expectations. Being such a remote area, it was really quiet and peaceful at night, we felt very safe at all times and really put the fire place to good use, enjoying the scenery and nature all around us. At night we later switched off the lights outside and in the dark, clear and open sky could see a star filled sky and even the faint shimmer of the Milky Way on the horizon - something that is impossible to ever see from more crowded areas with all the city lights around. Neither of us wanted to leave when our stay came to an end, so I can comfortably and without a doubt say we had a 5/5 star experience all around. Looking forward to the next opportunity of staying at this place again!

We check in their an offline season, so the near by restaurants were closed The rolm was clean, good maintained and communication was accurate. If you guys planning to go to lake tahoe,this is cheap and good.
