Dionysia’s place is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy Zakynthos. The place was really big and open and the breakfast was lovely. Id highly recommend booking this place if you are looking for a nice spot to relax. However, if you are looking more for the nightlife and party aspect of Zakynthos, this place is about a 25 minute drive from the main party area of Zakynthos. Overall great experience however.

Words can not express how stunning this place is. The treehouse views at sunrise are breathtaking from your bed! The hot tub is such a fantastic addition, there were two cold days with wind in Late April and it was nice to drive around and e plate and even though a beach would not be an option we could return to the treehouse to a hot tub with a view! Nikos was an amazing big host! Very on point. Responsive. Kind, with great help scheduling yours! 10/10 if possible! One of the best stays we have had!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at takis place! The view from the balcony was amazing. When we first got there he sat with us with a map and showed us all the best spots to visit. He was also super accommodating with a later check out for us. We would come back anytime we are in zakynthos

Nikos is truly a geat host! He was already waiting when I arrived, gave me a great welcome and showed me the apartment. It had everything I needed, the seaview from the balcony was amazing! I was here in late November and had the whole island just for me, no tourism. Perfect to explore the best spots and sceneries without hassle. Would definitely come again!
