Holiday rentals with a kayak in Tracy City

This home is in fantastic condition - recently renovated with many modern amenities in a serene country setting. Our family enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the creek followed by relaxing in the pristine hot tub. We took a quick trip to see Rock City and Ruby Falls, which we all enjoyed, and loved hanging out on the cozy backyard porch with TV and fireplace. The kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely beautiful, and we all slept wonderfully in rooms with automatic blackout shades. We wish we had time for visiting Sweetens Cove golf club and for hiking, so we will definitely return soon. Just a wonderful family weekend in a beautiful home - one of the nicest places we’ve stayed!

My fiance and I stayed here for our minimoon with our two dogs. There was a fenced in backyard which was an amazing perk we didn’t know about before checking in. Ansley was very responsive and the cottage is SO cute. Definitely recommend!

VERY Nice house, with a flat lot on Tims Ford Lake, no stairs to the water! The house was very upscale and won't disappoint you compared to the photos. Very nice beds, tv's in all bedrooms, big spaces for a small home. Back porch, hot tub, and privacy all stood out as fantastic. The house is a few streets away from downtown Winchester which has a theater, restaurants, coffee shops, all you need! I would definitely stay here again!

Paul, we had a wonderful time in your home. We enjoyed playing pool and setting outback around the fire pit in the evenings. The home was very accommodating for everyone. Husband loved the fishing pond. We wished the banks of the pond in front of the house was more open and cleared for easier fishing. The home is very peaceful and relaxing. Loved the decor in the home. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed (minus dish towels). Paul was a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful (especially on the boat). We appreciate all you did for us from the little gift in the refrigerator to walking down to meet us after we checked in. Would love to revisit again in the near future.

We enjoyed our anniversary outing in this beautiful area. We spent the days hiking in the nearby forests and then spent time in the evening relaxing around the outdoor campfire. We took the kayaks out for a serene paddle on the lake. The kitchen is very well stocked for dishes and pans and has great appliances. The home is clean, and the décor is lovely. When there was a need/concern, Daniel was quick to respond. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Highly recommend this beautiful home. We appreciated all the little touches that make this rental special- like the kayaks and Jon boat, the hot tub and stunning views. We used the firepit and made great memories. They’ve thought of little things that are helpful like having a good selection of cookware and spices, they had candles and lighters, aluminum foil and Saran Wrap- these are things that often go overlooked at rentals. We really appreciated all the things for kids including the high chair and pack n play, kids dishware and toys. We loved using the Bluetooth speaker on the deck! They’ve really thought of everything you might need or want and we would definitely come back again!

Our stay was so comfortable.... the large comfy beds, plenty of room to sit and socialize inside and out, and table for family meals or card game. The setting was peaceful -removed and yet close to town and the university. The kitchen and bathrooms generously had everything we needed. Beyond all that, it made it relaxing and welcoming being "invited" in to a family home to spend time with my family. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience! Thank you Elizabeth! This beautiful house on the water was more than I expected. I stayed during a holiday weekend and it was so quiet and peaceful. I kayaked on the lake, hiked the north part of Fiery gizzard, built fires in the fire pit and read lazy beach reads on the screened in porch during afternoon showers. The house was beautiful and clean. It made me question why I would need anything more.(I don’t ) This was a perfect getaway. Thank You again, I can’t wait to come back!

Canoe Cove was absolutely amazing. We didn't want to leave and were looking at properties for sale in Cooley's Rift by the last day! Such a beautiful setting and the home was brand new! It was super peaceful but extremely close to campus and town. Amber was a fantastic host.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Clean and updated with everything you need inside. Great deck for relaxing. We love the water and the kayaks were great. We drove to multiple waterfall hikes that were amazing. would stay again.

Awesome place with tons of great outdoor activities. Nice community with good public spaces. Comfy beds, great ac, easy access to amenities. Pup shed was a great additional space. Host very prompt to communicate as well. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. Beautiful surroundings and waterfall. Actually fairy's in the woods with bioluminescence trees. You just have to see for yourself.

Good communication and perfect locations for a bachelor party. Just good, clean fun, fishing, kayaking and having a space to cook and hang.

Awesome cabin and property! Very comfortable and perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature. We loved the front porch and bird watching. Very clean and charming. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and answered our questions promptly. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

It was a beautiful place secluded and had so much to do. My kids and I had a blast fishing, paddle boarding and just sitting by the fire. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get spend some time outside and away from the rest of the world
