This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and all the NorthShore activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park where there is a dog park and playground and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk. The house has refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below

We are within minutes of Fiery Gizzard, Stone Door, Greeter Falls. the Mountain Goat Trail and The Caverns. The Carriage House is quiet and secluded and offers walking trails, bluff views, farm animals and a duck pond on the property. We are pet friendly.
