[15-minute walk from Toyama Station / Free parking / 12 pm check-out / Fully renovated / Private building / Maximum 6 people]

This accommodation is an old detached house that has been fully renovated, including some DIY work. The entrance is a bit low and compact, but once you step into the living room, you get a sense of openness. We named it 'kobito' ('little person') because of this difference. It can accommodate up to 6 people, but overall, it is a compact house. There is an outdoor tap where you can wash your dirty gear and shoes after enjoying the sea and nature.Free parking is also available, making it convenient for guests staying by car. You can get fresh seafood from the nearby supermarket and enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen. We provide a full set of basic cooking utensils, including knives and a chopping board, so please feel free to enjoy cooking with ingredients from Toyama. Nearby, there is the popular Kansui Park, and a convenience store, chemist and more are within a 10-minute walk. I'm an owner who loves izakayas and cafés. In addition to the usual tourist guidebook recommendations, I can also suggest really good restaurants and trendy cafés that locals frequent. We can also help you choose a restaurant and make a reservation, and our recommendations for local attractions are a unique strength that sets us apart from other accommodation options 💪 We offer value that goes beyond just a place to stay ☺️ We'd love to hear your plans!
