[Carve de Jintsu] An 8-minute walk from Toyama Station! Enjoy the history of the Jintsu River and a modern Japanese-style space.
The Hotel Carve de Kanna has opened, nestled in a quiet residential area an 8-minute walk from Toyama Station, just a short stroll past the bustling downtown area.Limited to one group per day, whole house. Right nearby here in Kamitō-cho flows the Kamitō River, one of the largest Class A rivers in the prefecture. A long time ago, the Jintsu River made a large bend, and the town of Jintsu was plagued for a long time by major floods caused by the river's rapid current. As a result of river straightening works (diversion works) carried out from 1901 onwards, the Jintō River was made straight, and the surrounding area was largely protected from flooding. Given its historical background, we named the space 'Curve de Jinzu', evoking the 'curve' of the Jinzu River at that time and the cave-like atmosphere of the entrance ('cave' in French). With its nostalgic, Showa-era charm and modern, tranquil atmosphere, we hope you can unwind and recover from your travels while experiencing a touch of history. Although located in the heart of Toyama City, this is a detached house in a quiet residential area where you can enjoy the fresh air. We hope you enjoy a relaxing time.
