You can fully enjoy mountain sightseeing at this time of year, such as Kamikochi, Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Hakuba and Happo Pond.From late August to September, summer is a season where you can enjoy the quiet Shinshu. Go to the mountains and highlands during the day, and the tranquility of Satoyama at night. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and a starry sky. As a base for sightseeing in Azumino and Hakuba and Kamikochi, you can stay comfortably from one night to consecutive nights. Access to Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama Kurobe is also good, making it possible for group trips, family trips, and long-term stays.There is a washing machine and dryer, and it is comfortable for consecutive nights. You can also come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off is available at Shinano Matsukawa Station and Meisha Station.Other transfers and sightseeing transfers are available for ¥2,000 to ¥8,000 (return) within 2 hours one-way.For more than 5 people, please consult in advance to accommodate car rental. Location Opened in May 2024. Located in the heart of Takayama's historic district, Makoto-ya Ojin is a stylish inn in 1-chome, Ojin-cho, Takayama City, where the good old Japanese landscape remains. In front of our house, which is sandwiched between the Hida-Buri Highway that connects the former Toyama and Takayama, there are the Nissho-bu Mingei Kan and the Yoshima residence, which are important cultural properties that show the rich cultural assets of Japan, and this area is designated as a preservation district for traditional buildings. You can enjoy the old town and beautiful scenery while experiencing historic buildings. It is a 2-minute walk to Miyagawa Morning Market and a 5-minute walk to Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine, the site of the autumn Takayama Festival. The festival stall in this area is called Hōmeita, and it has a variety of decorations such as a palanquin and sculptures (1-minute walk to the stall). Enjoy Takayama's history to the fullest in an excellent location. <Building and Hida master carpenters> Built 145 years ago by a master craftsman from Hida, this building has been revived here by modern craftsmen. Please be sure to read all the information about this facility before booking, understand and agree to it. An old Japanese house has been renovated. Since this is a private rental, you can use it as if it were your own home, but the shop on the first floor is open on Fridays and Saturdays, and the host may stay there from time to time. We also accept pets, and you can bring them when you eat on the ground floor.However, general customers also come to the store on Fridays and Saturdays, so if your dog barks excessively, we will ask you to keep it in the cage on the third floor. The ground floor bistro offers more than 100 types of drinks, including a variety of wines, original cocktails, craft beers, craft gins and whisky. À la carte dishes are available on Fridays and Saturdays. The set menu also requires a reservation, but we recommend it. The course is available for 8,000 yen on Fridays and Saturdays, and for 10,000 yen per person (for 2 or more people) on other days. 【3 min walk to Old town】Gorgeous traditional house

It is a 3-minute walk from Kanazawa's main tourist destinations, Higashi Chaya District and Shukecho Chaya District. The inn is located in an area where you can deeply feel the history and traditions of Kanazawa, with its traditional houses. The Kanazawa Tourist Bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the inn. Buses run every 15 minutes, and you can access tourist attractions such as Kenrokuen Garden and Omicho Market for a fare of 200 yen each way. Please use this accommodation as a base to enjoy sightseeing in Kanazawa efficiently. During the day, Higashi Chaya District and Shukei-cho Chaya District are crowded with tourists, but the number of people begins to decrease from dusk, and it is quiet at night. Early mornings are also a quiet time. Take a slow walk on the cobblestones and stroll through the ancient scenery. There are also many wonderful photo spots.

"Yoko's Inn Wakuwaku" is a "separate" inn adjacent to the creative home cooking restaurant "Wakuwaku", limited to one group per day. There is a private entrance. The first floor is a living space with a dining table, and the second floor is a bedroom. From the window, you can see the vast rural landscape and the Northern Alps Tateyama mountain range in the distance. Guests can optionally have breakfast, dinner, etc. (breakfast 1,000 yen, dinner from 2,000 yen. Please ask). Features of this inn include songs and saxophone performances by the owner couple, a wood stove experience, a barbecue in the garden, and calligraphy lessons (extra charge).
