Double room in a self contained Annexe. You are entirely private with your own Kitchen & utility area, living room and bathroom with shower. Fully furnished. Own entrance. Kitchen has hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Tumble dryer is in an outside shed. Bedroom has wardrobe and dressing table. 10 mins drive into city centre or No 1 bus straight run into York takes 20-30 mins depending on traffic, runs every 10 mins. You are attached to the main house but will not be disturbed.

Pear Tree Cottage is the perfect combination of city break and escape to the country all in one. A comfortable, tranquil, stylish three bedroom, two bathroom detached barn conversion the cottage comfortably sleeps 6. Pear Tree is located 5 miles from the city centre, tucked away along a country lane overlooking open countryside. With it’s own private garden complete with fruit trees guests can take a country walk straight from the door. This is a great base to explore Yorkshire. ​ ​ ​

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

York Poetree House, tiny treehouse home for one

A unique, charming summerhouse situated upon a bridge overlooking a fish pond in the owners large garden, surrounded by trees, birds and wildlife. The lodge is deceptively spacious, suitable for two people. A double bed and also the seating area can be used as a single bed if so required. Kitchen area with dining table and two chairs, separate toilet, wash basin, shower, and wardrobe. Hot and cold water and radiator heating. Smart TV with WiFi.

With 3 bedrooms (one of which is downstairs) and 3 bathrooms it is a spacious home which is ideal for a family get together or for friends meeting up. The dining kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and eat at home if you wish. The pool table is always a great hit with our guests and many a pool tournament has been played.
