My 1st floor condo was built in Nov 2016. The LITTLE RIVER, which originates in the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK, is a stocked trout river and flows in my backyard. Fly fish & tube it! The CADES COVE entrance to the GSM NATIONAL PARK is just 4 miles away. Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge are near and dear.

Located 2 miles up the mountain from the Townsend Visitor Center, we're in a gated community (not a cabin village) that gives you a private, serene experience just 3 miles from the entrance to the Smokies. We’re in a private neighborhood, so we ask our guests to observe speed limits, one way roads, and quiet hours. Have fun!

Cozy & comfortable, with room for 3 but perfect for 2. Overlooking the Little River and located on the walking/biking trail in town. Less than 1 mile to Great Smoky Mtns. Nat. Park, directly across the river from Vee Hollow Bike Trails. Handicap accessible. Quiet & private. River access on the property (the steps to the river may be difficult for some.) Need more room?
