Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The cottage is arranged as a studio, with a large living room, kitchen area and separate bathroom. The toilet is in the bathroom. Everything is on one level and overlooks the garden. Free public parking in front of the property.

Our fully equipped, spacious Gîte with a private pool (not heated) provides easy access to Loudun, Saumur, Chinon, Thouars and Bioparc Doué La Fontaine is 30 mins by car. Center Parcs 15 mins. An open plan cottage perfect for couples or small families. Enjoy the large swimming pool and keep cool in the caves under the garden. Local wine tastings can be arranged. This five-bedroom house located in the heart of a winegrowers' village will offer you all the comforts you need to enjoy a few days with family or friends. The cottage was awarded the title of "4-star furnished tourist accommodation" after inspection by the approved services. Please note that we wanted to make this stay accessible to people with reduced mobility, the equipment is adapted.

You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is an old house made of tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodyte courtyard. The gîte has a fitted and very well-equipped kitchen but also an outdoor courtyard with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
