The house has 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with private bathroom renovated in 2018, 1 fitted kitchen renovated in 2018, 1 mezzanine dining room renovated in 2018 and 1 living room renovated in 2022 with pool view. 3000 m² plot with a large swimming pool renovated in 2022 (14 m long) heated with diving board not overlooked, a pétanque court.
