Great hosts, lovely place in a great location.

We just returned from our stay in Blois and we were very satisfied with the residence. The location is amazing and the house was a great value compared to others we researched. We ate lovely meals there with food from the local shops and enjoyed the view. There are a few caveats to share that didn't negatively impact our stay, but should be shared for clarity. There are two toilettes in the house on two different level and they are shared by all guests. There are in-room bathing and sinks in each bedroom, but only one room has a stand up shower. The other two are designed to combine with a bath. There is another shower on the main level, but it is not as convenient as having it in-room. There is also no realistic parking on site and the center town is crowded. We used the paid parking that is very close and convenient, but was an extra 15 euro per day. Lastly, it is good to know this is an old building with neighbors, so there is some noise. Our co-host was also fantastic. Merci!

Very nice welcome and very nice apartment. A gigantic terrace that is very pleasant in the afternoon. Everything is very relaxing and reassuring. Another positive point, the accommodation is very close to the train station and shuttles.

This is a nice and functional apartment in a good and quiet location. Central location for excursions to various castles. The secure bicycle cellar and parking space are great. Thanks to Elena for the friendly support.

The accommodation offered by Alia is small, but arranged with all the main amenities to stay there. Perfect bedding.

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

Very well-equipped apartment. Everything is sparkling clean. Within cycling distance of the city center with many restaurants. The bakery is within walking distance to get delicious baguettes in the morning and more. Supermarkets are also in short proximity. Bicycles could be safely stored in the basement room on the bottom left of the apartment building and the wagon can be placed in the open parking space with enclosed bareel. Places too over to park.👌👍

Small but very functional apartment and very well arranged to save maximum space. There were 4 of us including 2 children and we slept perfectly in the apartment. We were even able to unfold our crib from the baby and move around the apartment easily. Located on the heights of Montrichard, the view from the balcony is clear enough to admire the surroundings. The location of this apartment was perfect for going to Beauval Zoo, just a 20 minute drive away! Great value, tidy and clean, I recommend this apartment!

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

Albert was present and proactive. They told me that the route did not match the address. This is an Airbnb issue for which he is unable to obtain a resolution. Nothing dramatic, but the proposed route is in the opposite direction

Beautiful studio downstairs of a beautiful house with a large garden full of trees. Very relaxing place and warm host. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Great stay in this appartment with superbe view on the river! The private Whirlpool we liked very much; it is really relaxing. In a sunny day you can enjoy the B breakfast/ dinner outside! Close to the center of Blois and also others sights like Amboise ....

We had a great time at Bertrand's place. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool. The listing matches the photos and descriptions perfectly. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks for the stay.

We had a lovely stay at Ellis's. The place is ideal for a quiet rest. Ellis is available if you need anything. We were with a 17-month-old baby who was able to play outside safely and discover lots of new things. We also enjoyed the BBQ outside, which was very nice. What a positive thing about this place.

A beautiful complex with easy access to many attractions. One of the most beautiful castle complexes and an enchanting little town right outside the front door.

All as described. Beautiful complex. A great experience. Great host. Ideal for excursions or simply enjoying the life at the farm.

Very good welcome from Allison and Thomas, we immediately felt comfortable! Special mention for the pool, our 2 year old daughter had a lot of fun (daddy too of course!) We would highly recommend.
