Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Former bakery, renovated and separate from our house, situated on a large property with a few animals (ducks, chickens and, depending on the season, sheep) to the delight of children. I would like to point out that they are located at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The Perche is an ideal region if you are looking for a peaceful setting; there are no neighbours near the house, which allows you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
